Dr. Lys is a renowned pioneer in LED lighting technologies. In 1997, he co-founded Color Kinetics (sold to Royal Philips in 2007 for $800m). He has published more than 200 patents and his groundbreaking work in advancing LED technology has shaped and propelled the LED lighting industry over the last two decades. In 2001, The Smithsonian Institution honored his work by adding Color Kinetics’ intelligent digital lighting technology to the permanent collection of the National Museum of American History. He thrives most when he is in his Lab perfecting a digital design that uniquely solves a problem. Dr. Lys received his Ph.D from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jordan is a veteran in the high tech supply chain automation industry and has spent 23 years in key leadership roles within the OEM, Distribution and Integration Channel Ecosystems.
Prior to joining Agnetix, he served 9 years as Sr. Director Enterprise Sales for a $4B business unit of Honeywell International.

Robert’s IT career began in the buyer’s seat as a Network Administrator at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Now, after more than 25 years in IT sales roles, it’s that experience from the customer’s perspective which has helped him succeed. A specialist in industrial automation and computer systems, Robert’s focus at Agnetix is to help design and implement advanced horticulture lighting systems. Robert is a UCLA graduate and a Southern California native.

Phillip has been a professional Cultivator of cannabis since 1994 and has constructed over 50 growing operations large and small. He is highly experienced in Deep Water Culture, Hydroponic all types, Aeroponics, and Aquaponics. Phillip's cultivation success has garnered him numerous awards and he's been featured in industry publications (Nug magazine & High times).
