Global Supply Chain Manager

The Agnetix Team is looking for a skilled Global Supply Chain Manager (GSCM). As the GSCM you will develop the logistics infrastructure and execute the sourcing strategy for the company. The GSCM is a self- starter, well adept at working in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at working with cross-functional teams to ensure customers are more than satisfied. This person should have in-depth knowledge of managing suppliers and have experience negotiating contracts. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the leadership team to develop, formalize, and continuously improve the global supply chain strategy
  • Coordinate orders and scheduling with our global contract manufacturers and component suppliers
  • Identify new suppliers to meet upcoming company needs and identify alternate sources to ensure the best possible quality, lead time, and end cost
  • Perform ongoing monitoring of global supply chain partners to maintain or continuously improve supplier performance
  • Manage shipping and delivery (ground, ocean, and air) to ensure that all shipments meet quality and safety standards and achieve the best possible transit times
  • Coordinate logistics of finished product to company headquarters or drop-ship directly to customer sites
  • Collaborate with accounting and business operations to track company inventory, analyze performance, and best practices
  • Work with sales team and senior leadership to maintain demand forecast and plan upcoming orders

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Motivated and versatile individual; able to assist in multiple varied roles as the situation demands
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in best practices for procurement, planning, and overall supply chain management; able to define processes for a new and growing company
  • Electronics manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers is desired
  • Experience working with near-shore suppliers is desired
  • NetSuite ERP experience strongly preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, or a related field
  • 5 years’ experience with supply chain or logistics
  • Strong technical foundation required
